Designed for overlapping concerns

Most adults have questions that do not fit neatly into one category. Is it anxiety? ADHD? Autism? Mood? Trauma? Or a combination of patterns that have shaped your experience for years? And yet, the standard path to a clinical answer often evaluates one condition at a time, across multiple providers, leaving you to bridge the findings on your own.

NeuroClarity is designed to look at that overlap through one clinician-led process shaped around your unique presentation. The goal is to help you understand what may be shaping your experience and provide you with a report that can support more informed decisions about care, accommodations, and next steps.

What clarity makes possible

A clinical explanation

Your report explains the patterns behind what you've noticed about yourself, including which conditions were supported, which were considered, and why.

Clear next steps

You receive guidance on what to do next based on your clinical picture, including care options, therapy considerations, symptom-management strategies, accommodations, or follow-up support.

A report you can use

You receive a written clinical report that can help you advocate for yourself at work, school, or with providers, and, when you choose, help explain your experience to family without reducing it to a behavior or personality label.

Understand your mind with the right information.
The way it works was never a personal failing.

From there, the second-guessing quiets, because what you are working with finally has a clear shape and that shape points somewhere. You can account for what genuinely takes more out of you, instead of pushing through until you crash. What you read about yourself, you can read with confidence, because you know what actually applies. When you have language for what you are working with, the people closest to you can finally meet you where you actually are, not where they have been guessing. The effort you have spent questioning yourself can go toward living instead.

Why Previous Answers Haven’t Settled the Question

One condition at a time vs. the full intersection

The current system evaluates for one thing at a time. But conditions like ADHD, autism, and anxiety overlap, mask, and mimic each other. A single-condition assessment can give you an answer that’s technically accurate but clinically incomplete.

Coping strategies vs. a clinical picture

Therapy and coaching help you manage what you’re experiencing. They don’t answer the question of what’s driving it. That question requires a different kind of process, one designed to identify the underlying pattern, not just respond to its effects.

Referral maze vs. one process

The typical path asks you to advocate for yourself across multiple providers, waitlists, and partial assessments. NeuroClarity consolidates that into a single, structured process with one clinician who sees the full picture.

Your Clinical Leadership

Our clinical leadership stands behind a team of doctoral-level licensed clinicians, PhD or PsyD, each with at least five years of experience in adult diagnostic evaluation.

Jaye Turrietta, PsyD, BCBA-D

Clinical Director

NM Licensed · PSY #1664

Dr. Turrietta is a licensed psychologist and board-certified behavior analyst specializing in autism evaluations for adults whose strengths have historically masked their neurodivergent traits. Her clinical approach combines standardized psychometric assessment with a deep understanding of how high-masking individuals navigate daily life. She leads NeuroClarity’s clinical team, and every evaluation reflects her methodology, regardless of which clinician works with you directly.

Director of Recruitment and Training

CO #PSY.0004221 · PSYPACT #20516

Dr. Lopez is a licensed psychologist and board-certified behavior analyst with 25 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis of autism and related neurodevelopmental conditions. His career began at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine’s Center for Development and Disability, conducting multidisciplinary evaluations in families’ homes across the state, an early conviction that diagnostic access shouldn’t be limited by geography or by which clinician a family can reach. He has since built and led national telehealth evaluation teams, secured a multi-year New Mexico Rural Health Care Delivery Fund grant to expand statewide telehealth diagnostic access, and contributed to the original design and subsequent iterations of New Mexico Medicaid’s autism benefits.

Questions worth answering.

The NeuroClarity Evaluation focuses its investigation on ADHD, autism (ASD), and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). In adults, these can look so similar to one another that one is easily mistaken for another, or hidden behind a condition that was identified first. That is why we examine them together, in one clinician-led process, rather than one at a time.

We also look closely at related conditions that can resemble or accompany them, including depression, OCD, PTSD, and personality disorders that can mimic neurodevelopmental conditions in adults who have spent years adapting and masking. Where these are present, we work out whether they better explain what you have been experiencing, whether they sit alongside another condition, or whether they can be ruled out.

A full neuropsychological evaluation typically involves 8 or more hours of in-person testing, often concentrated into a single long day or split across two days, costing $3,000 to $6,000. It evaluates cognitive functioning broadly, including memory, processing speed, executive function, and learning differences.

The NeuroClarity Evaluation works differently. The intake is fully self-paced and most users complete it across a few evenings or a weekend, with a total time investment of around 3 to 5 hours. The live session is scheduled at a time that works for you. The full process, from the start of intake to the delivery of your results, can be completed within a few days but is designed to move at your preferred pace.

Neuropsychological evaluation is the right fit when there are concerns about cognitive functioning beyond diagnostic clarity. The NeuroClarity Evaluation is the right fit when the question is “which of these conditions are present, alone or together, and how should I move forward?”

The deliverable is a clinical picture. If the criteria for a diagnosis are not met, the report explains the reasoning, names what was considered, and provides recommendations based on what was actually found. A non-diagnosis is a clear clinical answer that helps you understand what is and is not driving your experience, so support can be better matched to what was actually found.

After your evaluation, you’ll have access to your results and recommendations in your secure online dashboard. You can return to your dashboard anytime to review the clinical picture, recommendations, and next steps from your evaluation.

In addition, you can download a formal written clinical report, typically 15 to 35 pages, signed by your doctoral-level licensed evaluating clinician. The report includes your clinical history, the assessments administered, clinical findings, formal diagnoses where criteria are met, differential reasoning for adjacent conditions considered, and specific recommendations.

The result is formal clinical documentation that is recognized by therapists, prescribers, employers, and educational institutions when clinical documentation is required.

The full process, from the start of intake to the delivery of your results, can be completed within a few days but is designed to move at your preferred pace.

The process is designed to be self-paced. Most users complete the intake across a few evenings or a weekend, with a total active time investment of around 3 to 5 hours. The initial interviews are designed to capture enough depth for your clinician to understand your experience before the live session and come prepared to explore the areas that matter most.

Your live session is scheduled at a time that works for you. After the session, results are typically ready within 24 hours and accessible through your secure portal at your convenience.

If your case requires a clinical follow-up to clarify the picture, the timeline may extend slightly. Most evaluations do not require this.

The NeuroClarity Evaluation is fully self-pay, which means transparent, predictable pricing with no surprise bills and no copays or deductibles to track. You pay one flat fee for the full evaluation.

Many clients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible clinical expenses like this evaluation. We accept HSA and FSA cards at checkout, but eligibility is determined by your HSA or FSA plan administrator.

After the evaluation, we can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is an itemized clinical receipt that includes the information many insurance plans require when you submit a claim for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan.

Self-pay also means your evaluation is not submitted to your insurance by NeuroClarity, so it does not become part of your insurance claims history through us. Your clinical information remains protected regardless of how you pay.

Every NeuroClarity Evaluation is conducted by a doctoral-level licensed clinician, PhD or PsyD, with at least 5 years of experience in adult diagnostic evaluation. Each clinician signs and stands behind their own diagnostic findings. We do not use master’s-level clinicians or postdoctoral trainees for diagnostic work.

If you have questions about the process, timing, cost, what the evaluation covers, or whether NeuroClarity is the right fit, you can schedule a free 15-minute consultation with our team.
